10 Tbs butter (a stick plus a 2 T) 1 c sugar 1 egg 2 c flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 Tbs milk 1 tsp vanilla several drops green food coloring Beat butter, shortening, sugar and egg together one at a time.
