Microwaved Fish

Another quick and easy “recipe”. You take a frozen fish fillet like they sell in single serving packs or large packages with each piece individually sealed in plastic. Put it in a flat, microwave safe container. Rub with garlic.

Cook in bursts of on minute on and one minute off for two to four rounds, depending on your microwave. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with pepper. That’s all it takes.
