Reviews For Moving In
Seriously Reviewed said "You know? Every so often you read a story that starts a little slow on the first few pages and then.....BAM it just explodes! This was one of them for me."
Kaye's Book Review Page
on which she said The book is "short, sweet, light-hearted and just plain fun."
Vince at Philosophy of Romance said "Alice Audrey’s voice is fresh, feisty, full of surprises and always fun. The author also deals with real people having real problems and she does it in a very insightful way."
Nessa at Chrysalis Stage said "If you like sweet, fast-paced romance with a hot hero and all of the misunderstandings that two people can throw at each other, then you will love this story."
Night Owl Reviews didn't have anything nice to say about it. Hey, you can't win them all.
Brenda Talley of Romance Studio said " I recommend this book to anyone. It was a pleasure to read and I shall look for more of her work in the future. "
By Guta Bauer at Murphy's Library did it twice! Once in English and once in Portuguese. I'm assuming they both say, "Life goes on, choices need to be made and we can never let our past deny us of our future. That’s just some of the things we learn from this story. "
If you did a review of my book, let me know! I'll be glad to link to you, even if you didn't like the book.

Stolen Milk
Usually she waits until the bowl is abandoned to jump on the table and have her way with the milk. But sometimes, over-bold, she tries to take it from a lap. She acts as though she only wanted petting, then makes a play for the bowl. Then Miss Kitty finds herself in the cold with no milk at all.

The challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to write a story in exactly 55 words. Flash Fiction 55 is hosted by the G-man, a host with the most.

Myself?
I own THREE off the little fur ball milk lickers
You descibed this scene perfectly!!
Loved your feline 55 Alice Audrey…
Thanks for playing, and have a Kick Ass Week-End
ha miss kitty has a few cousins down this way that find themselves in the same position often…smiles.
So cute. I have one that can’t hardly wait for me to get the goat’s milk filtered before he’s trying to jump up and lick the strainer.
Oh beautiful! Who could be mad at such a cutie!
Mine doesn’t wait for it to be milk. Root beer, gatorade, whatever we’ve got is fine with her. Glasses are kept covered in our house!
It’s good to keep milk fed cats around…for the obvious reasons.
I love your picture, Alice. I have five of them myself. I notice that no matter where we adopt them they are full of mischief. Love your 55!
Mine is here
Have you an AWESOME WEEKEND!
hugs
shakira
Meoow!
loved your playful cat… err 55 I mean
weekend hugs xoxo
What’s Miss Kitty doing in the potted plant?? We could use a good mouser around here. Does Miss Kitty do that?? I like the last line. Thanks!
She’s quite the little hunter, but we don’t seem to have any mice around, so she goes after grasshoppers instead. As to what she’d doing in the potted plant, I ask her that all the time.
Poor kitty!
Cats have no idea how entertaining they are…I’m sure mine doesn’t. Love the photo!
Cute photo and poem!
I’ve found that my dog loves milk just as much as my cat does. And they both love lasagna too, which is good, because I don’t.
Maybe Miss Kitty is sitting under the plant because she wants a holiday in the jungle?
cats are clever creatures!
a very cute cat. hahaha it’s not only cat who has such eagerness over food.
I own two kitty cats.. one drinks straight from my faucet!!!! licks the bottom of it. I don’t “allow” it, but what to do? My Mother-in-law would feint if she ever saw it…
