Reviews For Moving In
Seriously Reviewed said "You know? Every so often you read a story that starts a little slow on the first few pages and then.....BAM it just explodes! This was one of them for me."
Kaye's Book Review Page
on which she said The book is "short, sweet, light-hearted and just plain fun."
Vince at Philosophy of Romance said "Alice Audrey’s voice is fresh, feisty, full of surprises and always fun. The author also deals with real people having real problems and she does it in a very insightful way."
Nessa at Chrysalis Stage said "If you like sweet, fast-paced romance with a hot hero and all of the misunderstandings that two people can throw at each other, then you will love this story."
Night Owl Reviews didn't have anything nice to say about it. Hey, you can't win them all.
Brenda Talley of Romance Studio said " I recommend this book to anyone. It was a pleasure to read and I shall look for more of her work in the future. "
By Guta Bauer at Murphy's Library did it twice! Once in English and once in Portuguese. I'm assuming they both say, "Life goes on, choices need to be made and we can never let our past deny us of our future. That’s just some of the things we learn from this story. "
If you did a review of my book, let me know! I'll be glad to link to you, even if you didn't like the book.

Slice of Life
he takes a slice;
a child on the swings waving hands and feet
a crazy man in court wraps himself in stars and stripes
a squirrel falling, falling, falling with the leaves.
he sits in the park with pen and paper
scribbling down all that he sees.
in a moment-phrase-word his slices and his reality
trade places

The challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to write a story in exactly 55 words. Flash Fiction 55 is hosted by the G-man, a host with the most.

Love the picture with the fence. You should link up to Friday’s Fences. (http://lifeaccordingtojanandjer.blogspot.com/) I can’t tell you what it is, but there’s something that makes me think this is sad…
ha…so you been watching me watch the squirrels and making up stories about benches…i see how it is…smiles. capture everything…smiles.
Alice Audrey….
You saw me TOO?
Escape in observation is healthy and drug free.
Unless of course you are just plain NUTS!!
Loved your park sittin 55
Thanks for playing, and all kidding aside, this was a very cool story. Have a Kick Ass Week-End
Squirrels don’t usually fall. Lucky observer, to see something so rare!
You captured it perfectly.
I like the tree house. welcome to FF
Nice little shot of life.
what a fun hide-a-way!
Great photo of nice fence and tree. Neat poem!
So, he hit a baseball into a tree and killed a squirrel?
And / or eats pie in the park?
It is sad, the part about the guy in court in the flag, kind of metaphor for a protestor?
Quite enigmatic.
And doesn’t even NEED to make sense of course. Fiction makes us feel. You did it!!
xoxo
You captured every writer. You must be a writer.
Flash 55 – come on, i’m worth it
I don’t like squirrels
Yes, that’s what we do…
these days it’s dangerous to even be an observer ~ someone might report you as a possible stalker, or worse.
♥
Love the glimpse of treehouse. Would gladly trade this Arctic Blast for one of those golden days of autumn.
aaaaww this is really nice! I didn’t catch it at first but after reading it twice, I get it and really like it
Reallly.. when I read this I thought of Brian Miller!
