On Saterday, Novroz introduced me to this band. Actually, she just dropped their name, but that’s enough for me. I youtubed them right away. This is the first video I pulled up.
I love the music, but even more I love the sheer creativity and whimsy of the videos. I mean, check out the quality of their air guitars. At first I thought the bright white lines were just added over the top of their instruments, not replacing them.
Then I clicked the next video.
I love it when music videos have story lines, and check this one out. It’s like they are trying to steal music. Wait. They ARE trying to steal music. Musical score sheets anyway. And what great cinematography.
Then is it just me or are they getting philosophical in this one:
Ok, enough. You get it. I’m a new fan. What can I say?

ha a kid i worked with last year that introduced me to kasabian…they def are creative and enjoy listening to them as well….had not see the videos before…very cool….
That’s the way it usually works for me. My kids will introduce me to new music. But lately I’ve been hunting it down.
Never heard of them before. I think I liked “Fire” best of the three songs posted.
I’m not sure which I like best. I listened to one of their concerts on youtube. It was good, but I like the videos better.
horaaaayyyy …hello new fan
I am glad you check them out. I found them through Noel Fielding, he and Serge are best friends…they even worked together in a comedy series.
I have Noel to be grateful with. Kasabian’s music is so brilliant and his videos are a bit sureal.
Ps. Check Vlad the impaler, that’s one cruel video
