I swear the money simply takes wings and flies from my pockets these days.
1. Pencils
2. Three ring binders. (I kept telling the kids to pick Trapper/Keeper type organizers but they say the battered old ones will do.)
3. Jeans
4. T-shirts
5. Skateboard shoes. (What ever happened to good old tennis shoes?)
6. A truck
7. A bicycle. (Actually, I haven’t bought this one yet, but The Girl has been racking up cash-able points by doing chores, so I better save up for it.)
8. Sox
9. A scientific calculator.
10. A domain name (Yes, this one.)
11. Milk (Probably shouldn’t count since I buy it constantly.)
12. Pizza
13. Sunscreen

Great idea for TT!
*hugs*
Paige
My TT is at http://paigetylertheauthor.blogspot.com/
I had to buy skateboard shoes too! What’s up with that? My youngest wouldn’t have anything else. *sigh*
Add gluesticks, erasers and new socks and underwear to that list and that’s mine.
My sister had skateboard shoes back in high school…18 years ago. She was quite the skater chick.
Guess it’s that time of year. What kind of truck??? Actually I spent money on pizza this week … first time in AGES ;–)
Hugs and blessings,
It’s called Liangzi, built by Tonka, but is a real truck, even if the dealership calls itself “Fast Toys”.
Same here except 6, 7 & 10. Back to School shopping can be as big a pain as Christmas shopping in some ways.
I haven’t bought any kind of sneakers or new clothes yet, homeschooling has put that on the back burner; but pencils, oh do we have pencils. It would help if she could keep a hold of them for more than 10 seconds.
Ah, back to school time! I don’t miss those days.
Can definitely relate to the shopping list thing. The joke at my house is that I’m a human ATM.
Thanks for stopping by my playground. I appreciate it. Have a great day and loved the list
Love the school supplies on the list. I could shop for those all day! Wait. A truck? As in … a real truck? Lucky!
Yeah, but to get it I had to go deeper into debt.
I can relate; money takes wings and flies from my pockets, too. It’s alarming how fast it goes!
I didn’t even know they still made Trapper Keepers! You weren’t truly cool in school in my day unless you had one of those.
I don’t think I have ever seen skateboard shoes, and I still have a school aged daughter but she like tennis shoes.
Happy TT.
Janice~
Skateboard shoes… um yeah, I’d have to agree with you on this one… what happened to the normal shoes?
All necessary purchases, particularly the pencils. You can’t do without those.
