Jack: *cough* *cough* Darling, is the chicken noodle soup ready yet? I want to get rid of this cold. Wait a minute. That isn’t chicken noodle soup! What is it?
Jill: It’s alphabet soup. We’re out of chicken noodle.
Jack: I don’t know about you, but it looks bad to me.

Jill: What, that little word floating in the middle? Just ignore it.
Jack: But Darling….
Jill: Either you eat it, or I will.

Jack: Fine. I ate it. I hope you’re happy.
Jill: *mwah* At least I know you can read.

Cute take on the theme.
Have a great weekend.

I miss eating soup alphabet!
My Photo Hunt picture is posted HERE.
LOL…oh the Jill Always the wise one
Haha just as well it only said ill! A funny take on the theme as ever!
I’m surprised Jack let ‘er talk him into that!
A good idea for the theme. Like usual.
Hehehehe – I am becoming addicted to those two.
These are so clever and fun.
Fun take on the theme. I haven’t thought about alphabet soup in ages.
You are so clever!
very cute take on this week’s theme!
I enjoyed this one, clever, arty, and a little on the far side, oh but I came to read the 160 and got detoured by the blue people.
Joanny
LOL, joanny. I’m glad you like the blue people.
And Miles to Go, Mama Zen, Nessan, healingmagichands, and Liz – thank you.
Carver, and Jenn – I hadn’t had the stuff in ages. Took me quite a while to find it in the grocery store, and then all I could find was the canned variety.
archiearchive – good.
Sparkle – hey, he’s sick. Cut him some slack.
Jams O Donnell – Seems to me “ill” is bad enough. Besides, anything else would mess up the pun. I’m such a sucker for puns.
Thom – Jill wise? hmm….
Poor Jack. Here he is all sick and everything, and he gets no respect.
Cute, lol!
I just love these! You are so funny. A Jack & Jill And theme word — very good. A+++ for you.
Ahhh, you had to use the canned variety, but you found it! I remember in Canada the “Habitant” brand, dry, in a little bag. Mom would make it, so yummy.
xo
Hope Jack gets better soon . . .
