PollsReviewsFor Moving In Seriously Reviewed said "You know? Every so often you read a story that starts a little slow on the first few pages and then.....BAM it just explodes! This was one of them for me." Kaye's Book Review Page Vince at Philosophy of Romance said "Alice Audrey’s voice is fresh, feisty, full of surprises and always fun. The author also deals with real people having real problems and she does it in a very insightful way." Nessa at Chrysalis Stage said "If you like sweet, fast-paced romance with a hot hero and all of the misunderstandings that two people can throw at each other, then you will love this story." Night Owl Reviews didn't have anything nice to say about it. Hey, you can't win them all. Brenda Talley of Romance Studio said " I recommend this book to anyone. It was a pleasure to read and I shall look for more of her work in the future. " By Guta Bauer at Murphy's Library did it twice! Once in English and once in Portuguese. I'm assuming they both say, "Life goes on, choices need to be made and we can never let our past deny us of our future. That’s just some of the things we learn from this story. " If you did a review of my book, let me know! I'll be glad to link to you, even if you didn't like the book. |

I like quite a few of these. I think Adele is my favorite.
nice…some great ones there….only 2 that i did not know…
I can go along with 5 of them the rest I don’t really know.
What no Joni Mitchell? Or any Boy Bands?
No Boy Bands because it’s a list of SongstrESSES. No Joni Mitchell because I hate her. Can not stand her voice or the way she uses it.
I’m familiar with about half of those, and I like all of them. Being old school, I would add Stevie Nicks, Melissa Etheridge, Sheryl Crow, Chrissie Hynd, and Bonnie Raitt.
I love these! Sarah MacLachlan, Skylar Grey & Adele are my favs. Happy T13!
Thanks for expanding my music knowledge. I don’t do much to keep up with newer stuff, not because I’m a fuddy-duddy but just because it doesn’t cross my mind that often.
My kids force me to keep up with the newer stuff. When they aren’t making me check something out on youtube, they’re chattering away about their favorite music. But there was a gap when I stopped listening to the radio because it disturbed the kids and I totally lost touch with new music coming out. Just as well, as rap was the Latest Greatest then.
I’ve heard of most of them! And the ones I’ve heard of, I like some of their songs!
*hugs*

Ooooh I love love love that Kimbra song! These are great, Alice. Have you heard Skylar Grey’s “Words”?? Fabulous.
Yes! I love it! I used this particular video because she mentions Madison, Wi, which is where Suzie’s House is set.
Wow. Lots of cool stuff to listen to. Thanks for sharing these!
Happy TT!
Great choices! I know 5 of them. I really like Linger…I missed Cranberries when they came into my country
I know and like most of those. NOT a fan of Katy Perry, though – I always change the station when she’s on. I’ll come back and listen to the few I don’t know.
you know whom I think you would seriously love? Irish songstress Claire Maguire. Check out her clips for THE LAST DANCE, BULLET, SHIELD AND THE SWORD and AIN’T NOBODY at YouTube and you will fall in love
Yep. I like her.
