Liz took to working in the bookstore as if it was what she’d been born to do. She loved opening the boxes that arrived from the distributor — it felt just like Christmas morning.
I am such a slow reader. Even my new glasses aren’t helping. There was a time that I would have read thirty book in the time I’ve spent on this one.
