Step 1. Fold origami paper in half.
Step2. Fold right and left tips in to form a square, making them even on all sides.
Step 3. Fold tips of top triangle back to form smaller triangles still within the square, careful to leave the two bottom layers in place.
Step 4. Fold tips of topmost triangles so that they stick up above the over all square.
Step 5 Fold bottom of the square toward top at a point about a quarter of an inch below the right and left corners. Flip the whole thing over, and do the same fold on the other side.
Step 6 Fold bottom quart up so the bottom edge runs evenly between the right and left corners. Flip the whole thing over and do the same on the other side.
Step 7 Open it from the bottom. Crease down the center of front and back to keep the helmet open.
