I tend to swallow my words.

There was a time I told long tales,
Enthralled my audience with my regales.
Ignored impatient tappings of feet
And delved into the mysteries
Of the human condition through the labyrinth
Of my own mind.
And still my mind travels those hallowed halls,
But the words…
Not so much.
